We purchased a pre-owned GL450 from Crown, Tony Ramirez was our sales associate. I stopped by w/a friend and briefly looked at cars on a Friday evening, speaking w/Tony and telling him what we were lookin was our sales associate. By the time I got back on Saturday w/hubby, Tony had managed to find the car we wanted, and even in my favorite MB color (pewter, and Tony didn't know this). There were a few things that had to be ironed out after pick-up, but we were given topnotch service and don't have the first complaint. More

My wife and I recently purchased a 2012 Mercedes ML 350 from Crown Eurocars of Dublin. We had been working with another dealership in Columbus but did not get the service we were looking for so we went to from Crown Eurocars of Dublin. Anthony could not have been any more helpful than he was. He was very attentive to us and had a though knowledge of the different models they had for sale. I have purchased many new cars in my lifetime and I would have to say that Anthony was the best sales rep that I have ever had. He took the time to make sure my wife understood all the different features of the car and how to utilize them. He made many follow calls after the purchase to make sure she didn't forget any of the features on the car or how to use them. Crown, as a dealership was wonderful that is why they got the highest rating you could get. I will be buying from them in the future and am sure that Anthony will be the sales specialist that will be selling us the car. Thank you Anthony for all your help. More

I went in in probably the busiest time of the year which is right at the end of December, despite that i was greeted and welcomed by Tony Ramirez. He not only was all of this but he managed to sell me a used Mercedes Benz and 3 days later i was in again with him and purchased a new Mercedes Benz. When my wife wanted to look for a new SUV, we decided to check with a myriad of dealers in the area. We looked at MAG (Porsche and Range Rover), we looked at Kelly BMW, and we looked at Germain Mercedes at check with a myriad of dealers in the area. The customer service provided by Mr. Tony Ramirez and the entire staff at Crown was far superior to the other dealers that we visited. Tony was always more than willing to respond to all of my questions (and he did so in a very timely manner). He gave me his cell phone number and offered us to call or email him anytime with any questions that we may have during the process. He even offered to drive a new M class to my house to ensure that it would fit in the garage before we finalized our order. We visited Crown on multiple occasions with a young child and Tony was very accommodating for my family. He never lost patience with us. When we went back to Crown (after about a month of looking at the competition), he still remembered my wife's name, daughter's name, my profession, and other items that we talked about on our first visit. This type of service is what prompted us to choose Crown over other dealers in the area. I have promoted and recommended Tony to friends and family and will continue to do so. More
