Kon has treated me more like a friend than a client each time I have been in the dealership. Today I stopped by for a car wash and had no intention of bothering him because I know what it is to work a job and have many to-do's on my plate. Kon made a point to notice that I was in the waiting area watching tv and came over to see how I was and if I needed anything. I told him that I had a couple of questions, and he undertook immediately to see that I received the answers I was looking for. On the first question, he took off to research it and giet me the answer; on the second question, he brought someone from the service department to meet me and answer me accurately; and on the third question, he went out to the car with me after the wash was completed to show me how to listen to the apps that I have on my iphone--something that I couldn't fiigure out from reading the manual on my own. It is service and kindness and personal attention like this that will continue to bring me back to Crown in the future. Service like this is just unheard of in our present-day business world--at least, it has been for me. I want to thank Crown for providing such excellent and professional help in their sales force. My wife and I were in the market for a used vehicle last summer (2011) after my 1997 Suburu suddenly needed a new transmission. We went to take a look at it and Andy came out and introduced himself. Well, after a test ride, Andy discovered that the Internet price dropped a $1,000 which was a very pleasant surprise and he honored that price. The Lexus was in excellent condition, with some cosmetic blemishes, which was not the case when we went to other dealerships to look. Most of the other dealerships didn't take the effort to make their used vehicles presentable. I suppose that's the difference between a Mercedes dealership and others. My wife told me to buy it immediately and we also got a vehicle service contract as well. We have not been disappointed with the Lexus. Andy is an Air Force Veteran as am I and that registered with the both us. Andy was very professional and didn't try any hard sell tactics. He took my Suburu at a reasonable trade-in and he treated both my wife and I with respect and I would indeed do business with him again. More

I looked at a used vehicle at this dealership and worked with Mr. Ramerez. We were not able to reach an agreement on the price of the vehicle so I left not expecting to purchase the vehicle. I contacted the general manager via email to let him know of the unprofessional behavior of his staff. The next day I received a phone call from Mr. Ramirez telling me that he wanted me to know that "his management has his back" and began insulting me further. After emailing the dealership after the phone call I did receive an apology "for the inconvenience" UPDATE: After posting this review Mr. Ramirez contacted my employer using information he had obtained from my visit trying to get them to force me to take down the review. I've been a Crown customer since 2005 when I bought my very gently used CLK. The service department (especially Todd and Seth) have always taken great care of me. We worked with Tony Ramirez and he was excellent from a sales standpoint. No pressure. High service. Straightforward and easy to deal with.
