Beware, Crown performed repairs to my Sprinter without authorization and caused a significant increase in fuel consumption and DEF use. Crown says Mercedes instructed them to perform the repairs for the e authorization and caused a significant increase in fuel consumption and DEF use. Crown says Mercedes instructed them to perform the repairs for the emissions scandal class action lawsuit( I opted out of this settlement). Service manager called and apologized for performing repairs , says Crown wanted to make everything right. I explained added costs I was incurring, and Crown refuses to pay for costs or return vehicle to prior condition. I recommend being very careful with service appointments. More

I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership, the experience was amazing! I stopped in one day randomly and advised the Manager, Richard Renner of the type of vehicle I was looking for. Mr. Renne the experience was amazing! I stopped in one day randomly and advised the Manager, Richard Renner of the type of vehicle I was looking for. Mr. Renner did not have anything that matched what type of vehicle I was looking for and took my information and said that he would contact me if anything came in that he thought would interest me. I forgot about it and low and behold, I received a call from Mr. Renner stating that they recently had a trade in for the EXACT type of vehicle I was looking for. I stopped in and was given an extremely great price so I decided to purchase the vehicle. Mr. Renner said that since they just took the vehicle in as a trade and have not had time to look it over, he would make sure the vehicle was given a proper inspection before I took it home. I was contacted the next day and said the vehicle was ready for pickup, upon pickup the vehicle was detailed, washed, waxed (the service department did a fantastic job) and he even advised me that the vehicle had a recall that was not completed and took the time to have the recall completed at a local Toyota dealership. I have purchased several vehicles in the past and have never had such a great experience, even with a vehicle shortage currently going on due to the pandemic. Absolutely high class dealership!! More
