Quick and easy buying experience I came to Crown Mercedes to look at their certified preowned cars and was very happy with the selection. I was Ready to buy that day and when Konstant I came to Crown Mercedes to look at their certified preowned cars and was very happy with the selection. I was Ready to buy that day and when Konstantin Chumak came out to assist me, we test drove a few. I was headed to another appointment and in a hurry so Konstantin was kind enough to put all of the numbers together for me on two cars and send them over by email. After a quick review, I picked a great GLA with unique finishes. Most everything was completed virtually so that when I arrived At the dealership the next morning to sign paperwork, I was in and out quickly. This was a stress free, flexible and easy buying experience for me. Konstantin was very knowledgeable and so helpful throughout the process. I would buy here again without a doubt. More

A wonderful leasing process thanks to Frank Salierno My wife and I have been leasing our Mercedes from Crown Eurocars since the dealership opened and at Potter Mercedes before that. We found Frank Salie My wife and I have been leasing our Mercedes from Crown Eurocars since the dealership opened and at Potter Mercedes before that. We found Frank Salierno to be one of the very best salesman that we have ever dealt with. From the moments he greeted us we felt his warmth and sincerity. As the leasing process progressed we found him knowledgeable and most helpful. He was committed to serving us in every step of the way and never in a self serving manner. Upon delivery he spent a great deal of time explaining the various functions of the car, aided by providing us with videos of certain aspects of the sound and navigation controls.
