Very disappointed with how service was handled I took my car in for service after having some noise coming from the front right side of the car. They provided a "fix" that was covered under my warr I took my car in for service after having some noise coming from the front right side of the car. They provided a "fix" that was covered under my warranty. The noise was slightly improved but not fixed. When I took the car back to have it checked again, they agreed to replace the part they had already replaced at no cost but charge me for additional work to solve the problem that should have been taken care of in the first place. Great service on my E350 4matic I contacted Shen Saguisi after I hit a huge pothole. My E350 needed to be towed to the shop at Crown. Shen got the Mechanic working on it that after I contacted Shen Saguisi after I hit a huge pothole. My E350 needed to be towed to the shop at Crown. Shen got the Mechanic working on it that afternoon and kept me informed on his progress. I was able to save money by Shen recommending getting my two rims repaired instead of buying new ones. Shen also explain every repair needed so there were no surprises when I paid the bill. More
