The most pleasant car buying experience. Recently, my husband and I went car shopping at Crown Nissan in Greenville, SC. We were impressed by the professionalism of the management staff, but specially by our salesman Mike Koenig who made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. He was very patient, informative and diligent with all of our questions and concerns. It was Mike’s friendliness, politeness and product knowledge that truly made the difference for us. At the end, we ended-up buying a 2015 Nissan Rogue SL AWD in the exact color and specification we desired making this the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had. Having done a lot of preliminary research including contacting multiple dealerships around town; our impression was that a lot of salesmen didn’t do enough of a good job to properly inform us of all our options. This was not our impression of Mike Koenig; he delivered an incredible service which ultimately helped us to make our purchase decision with Crown Nissan. Wonderful experience with Marcos and the dealership I came to Nissan of Greenville and Marcos met me at the door and asked what he could help me with. I was surprised I was greeted at the door because I I came to Nissan of Greenville and Marcos met me at the door and asked what he could help me with. I was surprised I was greeted at the door because I look so young and most people do not take me serious. I was very impressed that they have me the same attention and effort as they would an older customer. He showed me the perfect car I wanted and made it possible for me to get it. The service was very quick and he was very nice and helpful. I had to bring my car back for a treatment and the wait was going to be about an hour and he drove me to the mall so I didn't have to sit there and wait. I was also greeted by the other workers and offer complimentary drinks. The service was exceptional. I will most definitely recommended this dealership especially Marcos. I will be going back for another car in the future. Great experience very happy. More

One phone call was all it took. Just purchased a new 2015 Titan from the gang at Crown Nissan. The selling point for me was a single phone call from Kathrynn Jenkins (the only person Just purchased a new 2015 Titan from the gang at Crown Nissan. The selling point for me was a single phone call from Kathrynn Jenkins (the only personnel phone call from all dealers contacted.) This made me feel that they were really interested in my business. When we arrived at the dealership we were made to feel like we were appreciated and important , and I have to say that the buying experience was the easiest transaction we have encountered with any dealership, anywhere in SC. I give my highest marks to the team at Crown Nissan, Kathrynn Jenkins, Brian Bentley, and Mike Koenig were all fantastic in the area of sales , and Jeff Avery in finance , who went out of his way to set us up for the deal possible in financing our purchase. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle give these guys serious consideration before making that next purchase. More

awesome!! Mike is absolutely amazing. I bought my car in 2013, a new altima. I originally dealt with Al, which no longer works here, but due to his experience i Mike is absolutely amazing. I originally dealt with Al, which no longer works here, but due to his experience i went back with the intention of purchasing a new maxima just because of my great experience with this dealership. I had never worked with mike before but was IMMEDIATELY impressed with him during our first consult. He was absolutely amazing with working with my needs and my budget. He was very understanding of my concerns, and very patient with me being indecisive. I was so pleased with his customer service that every time i go to nissan i always check to see how him and tim glenn are doing. these two are absolutely the best salesmen i have dealt with, not only do they represent the product well but they sell them selves very well also!! Bought Fifth Nissan from Crown Have bought a 350Z, Titan, Versa, 370Z and now a Rogue from Crown Nissan. They must be doing something right because I keep coming back. The staff was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional. Robert Williams, John Kull and Derrick Hill all greeted me by name, even though I had not been into the dealership for over a year. The Crown staff appreciate the value of my time, and do not give me the run-around. They really bent over backwards to work through problems with my trade-in getting issues resolved in record time. I understand that they need to make a profit to stay in business and they understand that it can't all come from my deal. Years ago I would never have thought I would say this about a car dealer, but I genuinely like these guys. God willing, I'll be back. Now I just need to save enough for a GTR! Oh yeah!! More
