Worst service I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2013 Worst service I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2013 Dodge Ram in March 7th 2020. I also purchased a warranty on the vehicle at that time. I notice Worst service I have ever dealt with. I bought a 2013 Dodge Ram in March 7th 2020. I also purchased a warranty on the vehicle at that time. I noticed a ticking in the truck shortly after. Took the truck back in they told me that all rams do this until the oil gets to everything. I said ok. Went on my way . Talked to the guys at work who also drive a Dodge Ram. So I took the truck back. This time I was told. We are a Nissian Dealership. We specialize in Nissian. You need to take it to a Dodge Dealership. Well first of all I told him they should stand behind what they sale. So I left made an appointment with the dodge dealership in Clinton. They proceeded to tell me it was the manifold cover and it had a broken bolt. But they did not work on extended warranty plans. I had to take it back to where I bought it. So I took it back to Crown Nissian and they waited to hear it tick . I guess. Well then they proceeded to tell me they would replace the manifold cover and bolts. So I spend $400 out of pocket no telling what ally had to pay.they call me my truck is ready. Guess what it still ticks. Then the service associate Jim goes I didn’t know anything about a tick. It has only been there 3 times for this . Then y’all do work who knows if it needed it. Since y’all are a Nissian dealer that’s you specialize in. I have gotten the run around with you guys since I bought this truck. Then you have a mechanic come out and tell me the truck is disposable and that the ticking is down in the engine. And as far as they all do it. That’s BS, I traded a 2006 Dodge Ram with almost 200,000 miles on it. It didn’t tick. I will get this fixed one way are the other and I will make sure everyone knows how sorry you all stand behind what you sell More

Terrible purchase experience / costumer service just bought an used 2019 car at Crown Nissan. I didn't even tried to negotiate the price of the car or the value they gave me for my Trade in. (I disl just bought an used 2019 car at Crown Nissan. I didn't even tried to negotiate the price of the car or the value they gave me for my Trade in. (I dislike this process). SO I just went with what they asked for. After we completed the sale process and all the paperwork was sign they handed me the car key. I asked them for the spare key (as I assumed a 2019 car would come with it) and they said they didnt have a spare key but they could charge me extra for one. So, if you are buying a car at this dealership just make sure you know and have everything you need before you finalize the purchase. They do not care one bit about the customers once those papers are signed. (I drove all the way from Charlotte to this place) I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I know More

I ended a lease early and bought a new car with them. a week after ending my lease (a little over $900 Unfortunately, a 1 star. That's being nice! I ended a lease early and bought a new car with them. a week after ending my lease (a little over $900 still owed on the lease) I began receiving phone calls and bills in the Nissan for the remainder of the lease payment which was to be paid off by the Crown dealership as well as overage miles, tires, etc. I reached out to 3 people at Crown Nissan, they assured me it was all taken care of. Now 3 weeks later I have received 2 more bills by mail and a phone call saying it was going to be turned over to collections if not paid immediately. This payment was the dealership's responsibility, not mine. I then sent copies of the last bill stamped as being mailed out Aug 16, 2019. Update 2 months later still nothing was done except it is on my credit as unpaid and now turned over to Collections Services. Out of 20 cars I have purchased I've never had anything like this done to me. No one there will help, even though it's their fault!! More
Awesome Sales Approach I was in the market for an affordable used car with low miles. After a ton of research I had narrowed down my list to 4 cars from 4 different dealers. I was in the market for an affordable used car with low miles. After a ton of research I had narrowed down my list to 4 cars from 4 different dealers. I emailed each one asking if the vehicle was still available and what the final price would be with tags, fees, etc. Of all inquiries I made, 1 dealer never responded, 2 dealers refused to answer my basic questions and instead insisted I give my phone number to call or come and visit them. Chris from crown was the only one who seemed in tune with how to actually sell. Selling is not a one shoe fits all. Sales is being smart enough to listen and adapt and meet your customers needs. Chris was the only one not to pressure a phone number from me. He was the only one who actually answered my questions in my email. Chris was the only one who basically made the deal via email before I even came in. Of the 4 cars I was looking at this was the priciest one, but I spent a little more at this dealership because Chris was a real talk, no pressure, genuine conversationalist that made buying a car an enjoyable experience. We live in a technological age where we buy almost everything online. I'm glad Chris sees that and adapts to it. It's a shame 75% of the dealers I reached out to don't adapt to the times but instead try to force old ways on us. Thank you Chris and Crown Nissan. More

Do not waste your time with this guy or his team. They seem to be pretty shady. More

Disappointed I had the most disappointing visit to Crown Nissan in Greenville, SC. I made an appt. last week to have a test-drive this morning, 12/3/2018, at 930a I had the most disappointing visit to Crown Nissan in Greenville, SC. I made an appt. last week to have a test-drive this morning, 12/3/2018, at 930am in a 2016 Nissan Frontier Crew Cab, Arctic Blue, listed online for $21,883. All research online shows this price is high by approx. $1135. Upon arrival I was informed all salesmen were in a meeting. I did not get a test drive until around 1030am. Why make an appt.? Naturally, upon return we discussed numbers. I initially made a cash offer of $1-,--- out-the-door. This number was rejected, as I anticipated, & the counter-offer was approx. $21,225. I then offered $1-,--- otd. Salesman Lakita was great through this process. At this time, Sales Manager Michael C. came out. There was no further negotiating & he would not even listen to my points. I was allowed to walk out with cash money in my pocket without a second thought. I guess the days of "What will it take for me to put you in a car today?" are no more & cash money is no longer good enough for you. I was also interested in a new 2018 Frontier, same features, listed for approx. $25,000 & I tried to use this in my negotiation. There is no way that a now 3 year old truck occupying your lot space & accruing daily fees with 37,000 miles is only $3,000 less than a new truck with less than 10 miles, both being on your lot. I also understand that dealerships make money through financing; however, upon talking with other people in the business, they could not understand how I was allowed to leave with my money & those numbers listed above just don't add up. Finally, in my brief conversation with Michael C. he compared your lot with CarMax & stated that they "are killing us selling cars at higher prices than our ours." Maybe I should just take my money there, instead. More
