Communication could have been much better. I was waiting for my car. Changing out 4 tires (buy 3 get 1 free) took 3 hours!!???? Very little communication on extra time needed and why. If i'd known more about the likely delay caused, I would have taken a shuttle home and used the time on other tasks. Two sensors had to be replaced after mechanic spent 20 min trying to make old ones work. As a result of work done by mechanic......now all four sensors do not connect when car starts up and only two are able to connect after driving over 1 mile from start. All four worked when i pulled into service garage initially. This mechanic took on another customer's impromptu request while working on my car. So, someone comes off the street and has immediate service given, and my car with an actual service appt had to wait? Job "Labor" is calc'd at 1.8 hours. It doesn't take Napa an hour to deliver sensors!! When I left, I explained to service manager it shouldn't have taken 3 hours just to replace 4 tires. NOTHING said. No sorry, no we'll try better next time, no NOTHING....just a stare. If Crown wants to make this good, I want them to contact another Nissan dealership, arrange for the work to be IDT'd back to Decatur....and allow me to go to the other dealership to rectify the sensors. My trust and patience with Crown has worn thin. I've never had any problem with Crown over the years. Steve is excellent to work with as was all previous service managers. I've also asked several people over the years to delete certain contact phone numbers off of my profile bcs they no longer exist. I see from the receipt (btw $1,088.20 spent!!) that those same phone numbers are STILL listed in your system. What does it take to get ANYONE to do their job right these days at Crown???? You lost Colin....you lost Brian.....
