I was very pleased with my first-time service experience at Crown Nissan. I'd made an online appointment and Tim Marshick met me right when I pulled up. Tim did an excellent job of listening to what I neede at Crown Nissan. I'd made an online appointment and Tim Marshick met me right when I pulled up. Tim did an excellent job of listening to what I needed done, made good suggestions for other service items, and set accurate expectations for the jobs to be done, when they would be finished and when I'd see him again.
