I called around to other dealerships about what I was looking for and questions I needed answers to. All the other dealers would only give vague answers, and insisted I come in before they could say more looking for and questions I needed answers to. He was more than willing to speak to me, and we were able to reach several agreements before I had even hung the phone up. When I got to the dealership days later, the car I wanted was in front by the door and I was met immediately. Everything went very smoothly with no hard upselling. Brian was very nice, funny, and professional. He will be my car salesman for years to come. While everyone at Crown were very nice, the whole experience left me very satisfied with the new 2020 Nissan Kick. More

I recently came into the Crown Nissan service department for a sudden, unexpected issue with my 2012 Nissan Murano. Rather than continue to pour money into an older vehicle, I wanted to determine my options for a sudden, unexpected issue with my 2012 Nissan Murano. Rather than continue to pour money into an older vehicle, I wanted to determine my options for purchasing a newer vehicle. I hadn't intended on looking at new cars so I didn't have a plan together. Angi gracefully spent her entire day with me going over my options. She was very helpful and so patient with me as I struggled to make a difficult decision. She introduced me to the new Rogue, which I ended up purchasing, after over a decade of owning Muranos. I will forever recommend Angi to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.
