I recently purchased a Nissan Rogue SL at this dealership from salesman Remigio (Paris) Romero-Cordero. This was my first experience with Crown Nissan and I was very impressed with the facility and the avai from salesman Remigio (Paris) Romero-Cordero. Paris greeted me with a friendly smile and listened to my needs and concerns. I was trading in a nine year old Nissan Rogue SL and thought I might upgrade to the Murano. When I test drove the Murano, I realized the vehicle was much too big for me and so Paris found just the SUV I needed: another Rogue SL! When I sat in the driver's seat, I immediately knew this was the right car for me. He explained all of the safety features and the numerous improvements that Nissan has made to the Rogue SL. Paris and Jason worked diligently to ensure they had given me the best deal with all of the factory and dealer incentives. I had planned to visit other dealerships before buying a car, but this vehicle is definitely the best value for the money. I never expected to be driving away in a new Nissan Rogue SL on the first day of my car shopping! More

After arriving at Crown Nissan, Christine Smith wrote up my service request. I brought my car in for a brake issue that I thought I might be having. Once the maintenance person looked at my vehicle, Chris my service request. I brought my car in for a brake issue that I thought I might be having. Once the maintenance person looked at my vehicle, Christine phoned me and said that the breaks didn't need to be done; said it would need service soon, but it didn't need to be done now. I decided to just have the brakes done now. Christine has been my service rep. in the past and she always goes above and beyond for me and she always listens carefully to my concerns and she is always honest with me. Just so you know, my husbands owns a RAM and a Ford. I have dealt with both of these dealer near by the Crown Nissan. These other Dealer are absolutely dreadful to work with for service. The main reason I continue to keep my Nissan is the honestly and service given by Christine Smith - best ever - don't loose her! Shannon More

After reviewing my maintenance record and putting a service plan in place, I felt secured and relieved that she was being honest and had my best interest at heart. Although it required some major repairs such as replacing the front wheel struts and ball joints, alignment, transmission flush/oil and filter change, etc, and an oil change...WOW! The savings that Mrs. Shepard was able to apply (dealer discount, extended warranty, etc.) to my final bill was outstanding. Mrs. Shepard, thanks for providing me with your professionalism, excellent interpersonal communication skills and second to none, your knowledge, skills and abilities in your job profession.
