Outstanding Service The day started looking like it was not going to be that good. Stranded in a parking lot waiting for a tow truck to come for an hour. Turned out to be The day started looking like it was not going to be that good. Stranded in a parking lot waiting for a tow truck to come for an hour. Turned out to be a dead battery. I had called ahead to be sure Crown could fit me in. Joseph was my contact and even though I was late getting to Crown I was immediately greeted by staff. Had my car back within 2 hours with new battery, complete diagnostics for any other issues and a car wash. Exceeded what I had expected and went home completely satisfied. Joe was professional and helpful throughout the process. Danny Touch has been there when I pull in on my last few visits and he is a pleasure to work with. He always is helpful, has a smile and puts me at ease. More
