Best service advisor I have ever met. I am from Canada and just arrived from the frozen north. My driver side window had frozen down and the auto switch would not work, so I had to take my I am from Canada and just arrived from the frozen north. My driver side window had frozen down and the auto switch would not work, so I had to take my Nissan Pathfinder into the dealer this morning to get a auto window switch and a cover over my rear hitch fixed. The advisor, Rob Zoffer, was very helpful. He showed me that the window switch was not broken and did not require replacement and the window motor was fine. When he saw how the cover had popped out by me driving over a piece of rubber on the highway, he got a screwdriver and removed it and put it back on correctly. He saved me a very large repair bill in about 5 minutes. I really appreciate the personal service and the way he had me back on the road in no time at all. I will certainly use this dealership for all my service work while I am in town until the end of April and will recommend them to all of my Nissan owner friends. Thanks Rob! More
