Service Experience I've been a client of Crown's for nearly 20 years. I recently had my car worked on at Crown and, although I don't always agree with their warranty po I've been a client of Crown's for nearly 20 years. I recently had my car worked on at Crown and, although I don't always agree with their warranty policies on parts, I've always found them to be somewhat generous in giving discounts when the cost of the service is quite pricey. I recently had my a/c regulator replaced (for a 2nd time within 2 years) and felt that they should have covered the cost of the part since something like that should not go bad in such a short period of time, but Nissan stood by their 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty and I paid dearly for it again! Although this experience was not to my satisfaction, as mentioned above, prior service appointments have been and I would not take my car anywhere else. This time around my service agent was Robert Zoffer who was very helpful, attentive, and went out of his way (on his day off) to assist me. I also want to give a shout out to Christine who is very customer service friendly and goes out of her way to make sure Crown's clients are taken care of; and to Hans, Crown's driver, who was very kind and seemed genuinely concerned with my service issue.
