aCame to Crown Nissan for Navigational help Went to Crown service to have someone help me with my navigation system, they sent me to Sales to get help????? Went to front desk and they sent a salesman out to help and sat in my Murano 2017 for awhile, he said I need my system checked and went back inside. Now I have had my Navigation system updated about a month ago.....So went inside to front desk and they ask Conroy Richards to help me...He came right out and helped me with my problem and of course nothing wrong with my Nav. system, what a nice gentleman he was, showed me how to put all my addresses in and more..I would recommend Conroy Richards!!! Thank you Cathy!! Cathy was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She really went out of her way to work around my schedule for a test drive and to show me all the feat Cathy was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to try to get me a deal I can afford, but ultimately we weren't able to get there. Even so, she still helped me search for other cars, that would meet my needs in the price range I needed. More
