You couldn't ask for a better dealership than Crown! We went to Crown Nissan the other day to purchase two 2019 Murano's SL. We knew it was going to be a difficult task as we just purchased a 2019 Ram t We went to Crown Nissan the other day to purchase two 2019 Murano's SL. We knew it was going to be a difficult task as we just purchased a 2019 Ram truck in March of this year. To our surprise, the deal came thru for two of the Murano SL's. The sales people, Ross Hiatt and Cathy Voogd were terrific. You could not ask for anyone better. They took the time to explain everything in the cars. We felt very comfortable in the purchasing of these vehicles. Not all sales people take the time to go over everything. Once you sign the deal, they run! Not Ross and Cathy!!!! They were there until we completely finished everything. I want to say a very, very special thank you to Steve Swope! Without Steve's help, this deal would not have come together. Everyone in the dealership was great! From the sales personnel, finance department, general sales manger and anyone else that helped us get the deal, we are very pleased. This is a great dealership that does go the extra mile to help you get the vehicles you want. Yes, I will continue to buy from Crown Nissan and will definitely recommend them to my friends. My son is now talking about buying a Murano! More
