Excellent Service Advisor I am a repeat customer. Robert Zoffer was my service advisor and he was excellent. He spent a lot of time on the phone with my warranty company and kn I am a repeat customer. Robert Zoffer was my service advisor and he was excellent. He spent a lot of time on the phone with my warranty company and knew the process better than the warranty company contact. He politely corrected the warranty agent, resulting in a completely covered repair. Without Robert's knowledge and direction the warranty company would have not covered the repair cost correctly.
