Crown Nissan/Wade Werner et al - fantastic service I was in the process of selecting between a used car from the internet and new. Wade Werner from Crown Nissan went out of his way to find me the righ I was in the process of selecting between a used car from the internet and new. Wade Werner from Crown Nissan went out of his way to find me the right vehicle for a reasonable price which involved a dealer trade. I am a long term Crown Nissan customer from a purchase back in 2010 to include regular service for that vehicle. I plan to continue being a long-term Crown Nissan customer. I appreciate Wade W. and Ricky from the finance dept's assistance; as well as Derrick Mgr. I'm sure there were other staff member's involved all the way to detailing my beautiful new Nissan Rouge Sport. Thank you to all and especially to Mr. Wade. Very much appreciated!!!!! More

As Always Crown Nissan Provided Outstanding Customer Service Whenever I go to Crown Nissan they ALWAYS provide outstanding customer service. Lesley Shepard, my Service Advisor, did a really outstanding job of t Whenever I go to Crown Nissan they ALWAYS provide outstanding customer service. Lesley Shepard, my Service Advisor, did a really outstanding job of taking care of my car and kept me posted on progress and explained everything that was being done. Also, my car was finished when she estimated it would be completed. Shawn Meehan was also a big help in working with me on another issue unrelated to the service.
