Quick turnaround and friendly staff I brought my car in because it seemed to be having issues with the transmission. Shannon Emery was my service assistant. I was told that my car would I brought my car in because it seemed to be having issues with the transmission. Shannon Emery was my service assistant. I was told that my car would be in the shop for up to eight days... Shannon called me the day after I brought my car in to let me know it was done already. He was very friendly and courteous while working with me. I really appreciated his positive attitude... It turned an otherwise stressful experience into a pleasant one. Thanks Shannon! More
