Vacation Trouble I would like to recommend this Service Department to anyone having vechicle trouble. We were on vacation recently in St. Petersburg, Florida when our I would like to recommend this Service Department to anyone having vechicle trouble. We were on vacation recently in St. Petersburg, Florida when our Nissian Pathfinder started making a very loud noise. This service department looked at our vehicle without an appointment and told us our problems. We had an extended warrenty an Shannon Emery the drive manager went to bat for us. He contacted the warrenty department and would not accept them not making the warrenty good, of course this took about 5 hours, but he finely succeeded. Thank You Shannon Emery. More

Helpful people, fast service, beautiful car! I went in to purchase my 2016 Nissan Rogue that was at the end of its lease. I liked my Rogue and have had no issues with my Nissan in the past and wa I went in to purchase my 2016 Nissan Rogue that was at the end of its lease. I liked my Rogue and have had no issues with my Nissan in the past and wanted to stick with the brand. I walked up from the parking lot and Jared opened the door and let me in. I told him my original plan, and he sat me down and very quickly pulled up my options. I had only had leases, and had underestimated how much my monthly would be. After telling him what we would like to keep the monthly payment to, he pulled up new 2019 Rogues and worked with the finance department to get us to a monthly that worked for me. After that, I sat down with finance while the car was cleaned. It was only a matter of time before I was taking out my CDs and sunglasses from my old Rogue and driving home with a beautiful new one. The process was super easy and I would recommend Crown Nissan for anyone looking into getting a Nissan! More
