This is my second car purchased at this dealership and many years of great service on prior car. Our Sales Associate was Serge Divito and he was great. Very through in his explanations, from the beginning process through the end. He was a good communicator and honest in his explanations. I highly recommend Serge for his exemplary sales abilities, non pressure style, which is best way to be and answered all my questions. On top of that his follow through is wonderful. I went into the showroom with another car in mind and bought the Nissan Maxima and so thrilled with my choice. Highly recommend him if you want an easy/non-stressful sales professional to walk you through this process. More

New used car I was looking online at vehicles and came across crown nissan. I put in some info and got a text from Tish. She was very responsive and answered my questions through text. Which was great because I dont like talking on the phone. We decided to go across the bridge to Crown. We met Tish, who great to deal with. Never felt pressured or rushed. She looked and looked until we found something we liked and closer to our bottom dollar. There was also an issue with a tire that tje mechanic didnt think he could fix that day and it was closing time so everyone else had left. Tish offered to bring the car to us the next business day. Turns out the mechanic was able to fix it, but having the option of it to gey delivered was great. I recommend going and seeing Tish for a your car needs. Jason was also our finance guy. The only finance guy actually. He was also great at working to get us approved. I would have given the dealership a 5 star, but at the end of the day there was a salesman vaping inside the showroom. Didnt seem very professional to me. More
