He went over the issue that I called in about and was able to locate an old invoice that had the quote he gave me over 9 months ago and honored it. He was kept me informed of the repairs and even followed up with me the next day to make sure that everyone was ok. I'm very happy with him as my service advisor and pleased with the care that I have gotten from Crown since purchasing my car. More

Very pleased On Oct 1,2018 I got into a total car accident that made me to be without a car for 3 1/2 months. I had received a call from Dexter Benjamin soon after my accident to check on my wellbeing I had purchased my car that I had totaled from Crown he told me to come in to see about getting me a new car I avoid going in because I was so undecided about purchasing another car so on Feb.10, 2019 I prayed and prayed about getting a new car I asked God to guide me the right path so I filled out the online application and who do I get a phone call from Dexter Benjamin went to the dealership looked a several cars did some paperwork and what happened the next day I purchased me a new car so that makes the 3rd car I have purchased from Crown Nissan all I can say is thank you Lord for sending Dexter Benjamin my way he's the best....Need you a new car go check Dexter out and tell him Kenya sent you.
