We called your dealership and spoke with Cathy Voogd to make sure the truck was still there. Once we arrived Cathy immediately waited on us and allowed a test drive. She was extremely friendly / low pressure and easy to build a rapport with. She suggested he bring his dog inside as we did the paperwork - everyone was extremely friendly and I in no way felt as if we were being yanked around - by Cathy or anyone else. I would highly recommend Crown Nissan and our experience with Caty Voogd was absolutely top notch! More

Serg Divito, was full of information and extremely helpful in all areas. Now for the finance person, Richard Spottke, we were not impressed. He just was not helpful. We still don't understand why we were going to be charged a 5% interest rate if we went through the Nissan financing. Our credit rating is close to 900, yet, we had to go through another financing company to get a lower interest rate Not using the Nissan financing, we lost a $500.00 promo credit. Not a good thing! Also, we asked to use Florida Central Credit Union since we could not use Nissan Finance, but Richard said it would be more time consuming, to him, to do so, The finance company, he decided to use, was easier for him and more of an interest rate to us, As previously mentioned, we have excellent credit, as well as, putting put a large sum of money down on the car. If we are the type of people a finance company would solicit, how do you suppose a person with average income and credit would feel after dealing with Richard. I would say not very well.
