Incredible experience I was dreading the whole car buying process, so am glad I returned to Crown Nissan. I've been a repeat customer at Crown Nissan for my last 2 vehicles I was dreading the whole car buying process, so am glad I returned to Crown Nissan. I've been a repeat customer at Crown Nissan for my last 2 vehicles as well as my daughter's SUV and had always been pleased. This time though, I was truly impressed with my salesperson, Christian Craven. Not only did he not pressure me or do the salesy thing, but I've never known a salesperson to know so much about the vehicle and year I was interested in. He gave me a rundown of everything...and I mean everything in the Nissan Rogue I was considering, was patient with me and the questions I had, and gave me time to think before I made the purchase. I was really impressed and very thankful. And when I got to the finance department, Jason Jiovani worked hard to get me the best financing and explain all my options. I don't think I've ever laughed so much during a car purchase. They also threw in a couple of deals since I was a "frequent flyer" at the dealership and shaved off some savings, including a fair deal on my trade-in. I'd definitely recommend. More

Efficient visit maintenance service. I am on the road a fair amount of miles and consequently need routine maintenance visits about twice as quickly as the average driver. This would norm I am on the road a fair amount of miles and consequently need routine maintenance visits about twice as quickly as the average driver. This would normally be a dreaded need, with a least half a day spent waiting to get back to business. But since I have used Crown Nissan that has not been my experience. They are professional and efficient in their service. My service contact for the last few visits has been Robert Zoffer. Rob makes it a point to ensure I know what is going on during the visit and help get me on my way as soon as possible. It is a pleasure to do business there. More
