Ross followed-up with me on details regarding my purchase and made certain that my needs were met. His peer sales team member, Christian Craven, was also very helpful and they worked well together to provide maximum availability to assist me when needed. The finance and administration was on point to help Ross and Christian as an effective resource to assist with tougher questions. The final purchase was for 2 vehicles (Rogue & Kicks). Jovo in Finance was efficient and kindly explained everything to my satisfaction during the lease closing process. I will definitely be referring family and friends to Crown Nissan! More

Scheduled maintenance Took my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Rob informed me that there was a recall that needed attention. Since this was going to take longer Took my truck in for oil change and tire rotation. Rob informed me that there was a recall that needed attention. Since this was going to take longer than planned Rob arranged for me to have the use of a loaner car. Service was completed earlier than scheduled. Rob brought me up to date on what services were done and had my truck washed. Exceptional service. More

He was very pleasant, not pushy and listened to what I wanted and needed in order to purchase the vehicle. He was able to get me to a place where I felt comfortable with the pricing and the deal was done. This is not my first vehicle from Crown, as I have purchased two other vehicles in the past. Crown and its sales associates have always been the place I feel comfortable purchasing my vehicles from , (even though I am from Tampa and there are multiple Nissan dealers in the area), and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.
