Crown Nissan

I recently purchased a used Rogue from Crown. I had searched the Internet and found several listings for less money and had traded text messages with the dealers. I went to Crown, which was the closest dealer to me. They suggested I call the other dealers to find out if these were the real prices or not. It soon became apparent that Crown was the only one listing the real sale price. Others had a sale price listed that you couldn't actually buy the car for. They excluded extra charges for reconditioning and Certification (in other words, pure profit). These were up to $2500 in additional costs. Crown's price was the actual price for the car. Used cars are going for record prices and dealers are making fat profits on them. Resorting to undisclosed fees to make even more money is deceptive. Crown saved me money, a long trip, and some aggravation. Salesperson Robert Labella was friendly and transparent throughout, as was the manager and the finance manager. The car was clean and prepped and ready when promised. They've won my business. More
