Impeccable Service by Matt Bartolo I had problems with my Nissan Rogue due to a recalled transmission and a very scary close call on the interstate. I was so worried the dealership would not be willing to work with me and that I would have problems and unanswered questions from day one. This was absolutely NOT THE CASE! I have never been to a dealership where I was treated with such courtesy and professionalism. Matt was my first contact at the dealership when I called in to make an appointment. He was there from start to finish for each appointment. I have had 3 service appointments for different reasons and I could always count on Matt to keep me informed on everything that was happening with my vehicle. He was a true joy to deal with and made sure my concerns were addressed each and every time. He always greeted me with a smile and remained professional from start to finish.
