The continued excellence service from the customer service representatives at crown. Hans the driver, Christine Smith, and others always make your feel welcome and take care of you. You always come away feeling served and not taken advantage of. 2. The sales agents worked together as a team -- they all worked together to help me - they all made sure that I came away satisfied. 3. Christian Craven was the right person to help me. I let him know my time frame for purchasing a car and he respected that time. He made the appropriate contacts over the two weeks I was making a decision - never too pushy - but enough to let me know he was there to help. Also, he was helpful in making sure I had the car I wanted -- from color to features. He also assisted with services needed after my purchase. 4. Jovo in finance was very helpful. More

I love that they have free WiFi and a charging station for electronic devices. Used to own VWs and it always seemed like every oil change ended up costing $500+! Not at Nissan! We had a miscommunication recently and Rob went above and beyond to make up for it! Definitely recommend! More
