We have worked with numerous people at this Nissan dealership and they have all been wonderful to deal with, the latest being Rommel Lujan. Calm in my storm After a car accident last year, I had no choice but to purchase a new vehicle. I love Nissan, so I went to Crown. Best decision ever! My Sentra is a After a car accident last year, I had no choice but to purchase a new vehicle. I love Nissan, so I went to Crown. Best decision ever! My Sentra is a little over s year old, but I was having difficulty getting the gear shift in drive. I googled a solution, but it wasn't working. I was panicked, sitting in a parking spot at Publix with a trunk full of groceries. I called the Service Department at Crown and spoke to Adam Pryor who stayed on the phone with me, calmly explaining how to override the shift lock on my car. Who knew??? I finally got the car in gear and after dropping off the groceries, drove straight to the dealership. Adam ended up meeting me at my car, reassured me that things would be handled and sent me to relax in the waiting area (complimentary snacks and water, by the way!) Not long after, Adam came back and reported that my car needed a part that had to be ordered and not to worry, they were loaning me a car until it was fixed AND it was covered under warranty. Such a relief! The next day, I received a call from Adam again that my car was ready! I didn't have the loaner for 24 hours...now that's service! When I picked up my car after work, Adam was on the phone with another customer, but as I was being walked to my car, he rushed outside apologizing and followed up to make sure I was all set. I highly recommend Crown for their attention to detail and Adam Pryor for his level of guest service! I'm a fan for life! More
