Calm in my storm After a car accident last year, I had no choice but to purchase a new vehicle. I love Nissan, so I went to Crown. Best decision ever! My Sentra is a little over s year old, but I was having difficulty getting the gear shift in drive. I googled a solution, but it wasn't working. I was panicked, sitting in a parking spot at Publix with a trunk full of groceries. I called the Service Department at Crown and spoke to Adam Pryor who stayed on the phone with me, calmly explaining how to override the shift lock on my car. Who knew??? I finally got the car in gear and after dropping off the groceries, drove straight to the dealership. Adam ended up meeting me at my car, reassured me that things would be handled and sent me to relax in the waiting area (complimentary snacks and water, by the way!) Not long after, Adam came back and reported that my car needed a part that had to be ordered and not to worry, they were loaning me a car until it was fixed AND it was covered under warranty. Such a relief! The next day, I received a call from Adam again that my car was ready! I didn't have the loaner for 24 hours...now that's service! When I picked up my car after work, Adam was on the phone with another customer, but as I was being walked to my car, he rushed outside apologizing and followed up to make sure I was all set. I highly recommend Crown for their attention to detail and Adam Pryor for his level of guest service! I'm a fan for life! More

Great experience with Thomas Quillan We did a lot of research via the internet while looking for a new vehicle, and as soon as we put in a request, we received several responses. However, We did a lot of research via the internet while looking for a new vehicle, and as soon as we put in a request, we received several responses. However, the first and most complete answers to our request came from Thomas Quillen at Crown Nissan. Other requests were received but not with specific answers to our questions. Thomas Quillen was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest. Having bought vehicles in the past, we have found many salesmen promise you everything, glorify the vehicle, which later you find out were not true. If Tom did not know the answer, he admitted it and went to find out. That is admirable. We compared the Nissan Pathfinder, Honda Pilot, Toyota Highlander and the Ford Explorer and found the Pathfinder offered more for less money, so decided on the Pathfinder. We are thrilled with the 2018 and have already taken it on a long trip and found it a dream to drive. We still have a learning curve to know all the bells and whistles but that takes time. We highly recommend anyone interested in a Nissan to contact Thomas Quillen at Crown Nissan. We also dealt with Alex Pensabene-Davis in the finance office and found her very friendly and knowledgeable. Both Tom and Alex are great assets to Crown Nissan, so treat them well.
