I was pleasantly surprised when they told me it and the alternator were fine and that I didn't need a new battery. In the past I have suspected that when I sensed an issue, other dealerships automatically advised the work to be done whether or not it was necessary. Not so in this case. I finally had enough of them and decided to give Crown a try. Definitely won't ever go back to Courtesy. They fixed the issue I was having in an hour and a half whereas Courtesy had me come in 3 different times and couldn't get it right. Rommel and Shawn were both awesome to work with.
