My 1st Service experience with Crown Nissan First let me say that I had owned Mercury or Ford cars since 1982. I decided to not buy a Ford again in 2016 based on several negative experiences I h First let me say that I had owned Mercury or Ford cars since 1982. I decided to not buy a Ford again in 2016 based on several negative experiences I had with the local ford dealership. I bought a Nissan Altima in December 2016 (and have enjoyed it immensely). I was not sure what to expect with service as I assumed that the experience with Ford was industry norm. I had my first routine maintenance earlier this month and was very pleased with the service I received. The Service Advisor who helped me was Chris Derby. Turns out he helped me (patiently) reset a warning on the car earlier. The car was serviced for the tune up and tire rotation and all recalls were addressed during this visit. The car was returned to me with a thorough external wash and vacumed inside. It was like I was driving out a new car again. I found Chris to be very helpful and he made sure I was happy. My concerns that carried over from the Ford dealership were totally unfounded. I am convinced that I made the best decision when I bought from Crown Nissan. Thanks Chris! Also had a fantastic experience during the purchase with Dave Anderson!. More
