Crown Nissan did a wonderful job for me I had just driven cross country and when I arrived in Florida my car died on me. I had it towed to Crown and was assisted by Rob Zoffer who was amazin I had just driven cross country and when I arrived in Florida my car died on me. I had it towed to Crown and was assisted by Rob Zoffer who was amazing. He handled everything with my warranty for me and had my parts ordered and car fixed in just a few days. He called me throughout the process and kept me updated along with way. He was extremely helpful and would definitely recommend this dealership!! More

Trouble starting my Titan SL which required a service call I purchased a Titan SL in June 2015 and had trouble starting my truck this morning, October 8, 2016. I had owned the truck a little over a year. I cal I purchased a Titan SL in June 2015 and had trouble starting my truck this morning, October 8, 2016. I had owned the truck a little over a year. I called Crown and they said come in right away. Upon arrival I was met by Dan Jacobs a Service Advisor. He did an initial evaluation and thought the battery and terminals needed to be replaced. Sure enough he was correct. Dan was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Within an hour I was on my way. Dan was excellent in explaining the issues and making sure I was satisfied.
