After my search and reaching out to my awesome salesman, Jason Jiovani for help, I got a call 2-3 weeks later from him, letting me know they had one. The older Z's are not easy to come buy so I was super thrilled! Jason is super smart and he is a diligent worker. He made sure I had a clear understanding throughout the whole process. I know my sale was not the easiest because of my situation, but he did a splendid job nonetheless. I am really glad he could get me in my beautiful new car. After recently having my truck stolen and declared a complete loss I was filled with axiety about having to purchase a vehicle. After viewing many trucks online I found the exact truck I wanted. Short on time I visited the showroom to meet and go over the numbers. They quickly determined I was a serious buyer and made the entire process seamless. I must say that both times, I had excellent customer service fro I'm a new Nissan owner and recently started getting my car serviced at Crown Nissan. I must say that both times, I had excellent customer service from two different reps. The first great experience came from Christine Smith. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about my car and the needed service. However, this time I had the pleasure of working with Greg Burkart. Not only did he mirror Christine excellent customer service skills and great energy, he actually went out of his way to ensure my service was top notch at the best price. I would recommend him and Christine for a raise and will specifically ask for them in the future. Thanks guys! More
