Awesome Service Center!! I moved here from Alabama, so I bought my Altima from a dealership there. When I bought my house in St. Pete in 2012, I found Crown, who has been servicing it ever since. All of the service reps are top notch! On this visit, I got Lynne Crockenberg. I've never seen her before, so I'm guessing she's new to the team. You'd never know it, though. Everything was seamless from check-in to check-out, she took my coupon and knew exactly what was up with my rewards! Oh, and did I mention I didn't even have an appointment? I always have an appointment, but I spaced with it being my week off. This is why I never... NEVER... take my car anywhere but Nissan to be serviced! Thanks Lynne! More
