Excellent! As usual my expectations were surpassed. We are Canadians who winter in Florida. Crown Nissan has been our defacto dealership for many years while we are away from home. I stopped in the the first time on 3/5/15 to schedule an appointment with Robert Reynolds. The next day, I checked in with Chuck Hoover with Robert completing my service visit. My car was serviced for a 3,000 mile oil change and a brake concern. They kept me updated on the process and didn't charge for a thorough inspection of the braking system. service department I set up an oil change, quick and easy to do with representative. Was able to work with my schedule. Although i didn't plan on seeing my usual serv I set up an oil change, quick and easy to do with representative. Was able to work with my schedule. Although i didn't plan on seeing my usual service advisor Chuck Hoover, he greeted me upon arrival and quickly assisted me and offered me transportation home if needed. Car was ready when promised and a phone call was made to me by Chuck when car was ready. Upon pick up was quickly checked out and Chuck brought the car to the door for me. Very pleasant and helpful. I can go anywhere for an oil change , but the customer service is so good will continue to have oil change do e at dealership. More
