Great experience! Yesterday I took my Altima coupe in for an oil change/ service. It was the first time I have had Lynne as a service advisor. While everyone at Crown N Yesterday I took my Altima coupe in for an oil change/ service. It was the first time I have had Lynne as a service advisor. While everyone at Crown Nissan is fantastic, she was especially helpful and courteous. They did an excellent job and did so quickly, despite being really busy. I will continue to take my car to crown and will definitely purchase another Nissan in the future. More

Love this place! I bought my 2010 Rogue at the dealership nearly five years ago and have it serviced there. It had been a little longer than I would have liked when I brought in in Saturday 02/14/2015. Lynne C. was amazing. She made she to get the proper oil change, showed me why I needed new tires and other service. She went out of her way to get me the most discounts she could so that I had a reasonable final bill. She kept me posted the entire time and never tried to get me to do work that was not needed. No matter how busy it was she was pleasant and professional to me and everyone she came in contact with. While waiting for the service... I bought a second Nissan! You can believe I will ONLY bring both my vehicles here and I would recommend Crown Nissan and Lynne to anyone! Best Car Buying Experience EVER! I brought my 2010 Nissan Rogue in for service, while I waited I went outside to look around. I was not planning on purchasing a new vehicle, but thoug I brought my 2010 Nissan Rogue in for service, while I waited I went outside to look around. I was not planning on purchasing a new vehicle, but thought maybe in the future. As I was looking Adam Arendt came over to check on my husband and I. He answered our questions about the vehicle we were looking at. He was knowledgeable, professional and put us at ease. It was like hanging out with an old friend. He showed us how to work all the gadgets and we took it for a test drive. At the end of the day I was the proud new owner of 2015 Juke , thanks to Adam! I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone and I would certainly send them to Adam A.!! If I ever need a new vehicle in the future... you know where I am going! More
