Service on 2006 Nissan Maxima for Oil leak Christine Smith is Excellent. She really cares and takes the extra time and kindness to give the customer her best service and the best deal. I have worked with her twice now on repairs using my extended warranty and she has completed everything successfully to my satisfaction in regard to service, repair, friendliness and responsibility. Every time she said she was going to call me she did. I brought the car in for an oil leak and steering wheel motor replacement, she said that she would do a complete inspection of the car and called me with a few other things that needed attention. Rear brake pads were down to 1 mm (I think) and needed replacing. There were a couple of other minor parts replaced. I had a rental car during a long repair visit last year and she says I had a 1 day rental car for the repair that the car was in for recently, Christine has been wonderful in regards to my service visits and experience with Crown Nissan. Great Service! My 2008 Rogue needed brakes and rotors and had 2 recalls. Robert Zoffer explained that it would take approximately 2 1/2 hours to complete. I had another appointment and hadn't planned my time accordingly. Rob arranged Eric, the CourtesyShuttle Driver, to drop me off and then pick me back up. I was not aware this service even existed as I always wait for my car to be serviced when I get oil changes. Rob is always friendly and helpful and explained the necessary work to be done. He called to advise when the car was ready and that Eric was on his way to get me. Upon arrival back at Nissan, Rob advised he had the car washed which was another welcome surprise! I want you to know that I truly appreciated all that Rob did and want you to know he is one of the most professional and courteous Service Advisors I have dealt with. I will definitely ask to work with him the next time I need to bring my car in. P.S. Eric was so friendly and nice and a great driver! More
