We came to the dealership to inquire on extending our factory warranty for our Murano, as it had expired and we were not advised of this. Mr. Micic took the time to get us a sales representative, Andy Mearns, that was very understanding and explicit with the details of the process and any questions we had. Even though the process is very long, the experience at Crown Nissan, and especially the service received from these two gentlemen, made our purchase very comfortable.
