Chris helped me pick out a new 2011 Rogue. I was torn between this vehicle and a 2011 Tucson. He actually drove me to the Hyundai dealership to test drive the Tucson so that I could have a fair comparis between this vehicle and a 2011 Tucson. I had some interest in a few different cars and spent some time at Crown Honda. My experience at Crown Honda was a nightmare, to say the least. Everyone I've come in contact with at Crown Nissan is professional and delightful. Everyone you walk by says hello and says it with a smile. Dave Garrett, sales manager, knows how to run his dealership! He's not the typical salesman, but is honest and direct....no hidden agenda, and no surprises. We found the vehicle on autotrader.com for a price that was much less than the sticker price on the vehicle when we arrived at Crown. Now, we expected to be told that the price on the window is the price. was much less than the sticker price on the vehicle when we arrived at Crown. Now, we expected to be told that the price on the window is the price. However, when Rich assisted us, right from the jump he told us that the price advertised must be honored. He even took the printout to his manager to confirm this. We then test drove the vehicle, were very happy with it, and told him we would like to buy it for the price given on the print out. It was accepted, buyer's order was written up, etc. Then, we informed him that we had a trade-in that we really just wanted to get off of our hands and them pay off the loan; We weren't looking to make any money off it it. We gave him our vehicle information, payoff information, and Rich even went with us to our home to get the vehicle and drive it back to the dealership! We were shocked and overjoyed at his willingness to do whatever it took to close the deal that day. When it got to the financing part of the deal, we told them what rate we were approved for at our personal credit union, and Chris said that he could get a better rate through another CU, for which he did! We couldn't believe it! The experience didn't end there!... I went back the following Monday, per Rich's request, because he had floor mats to provide since the vehicle didn't have floor mats when we left. It was something simple, but every thought - to a buyer - is a HUGE step in greatness! We couldn't be happier with our vehicle, our purchase through the dealership, etc. We never go to a dealership to buy a car -- that's been a steadfast rule in our household. However, we decided to take a look since the price was so great. After this experience, we have a entirely new outlook. My wife had gone on the computer and found two different used trucks to look at that Crown had on there site, so we went down to look at them. We showed him the two trucks we wanted to see and he informed us that one of them had already been sold so he said that he would bring up the other one for us to take a look at. Rich was very knowledgable about the truck we wanted to see and answered all of our questions. I had a truck that had a blown engine and they gave me a reasonable amout for it towards the truck I test drove, they worked with me on the price to help me get into my budget range. I really recommend Crown Nissan of St. Petersburg, FL to anyone looking at a new or used vehicle. Rich was great to work with. Michael More
