Crown Nissan

I was in the market for a newer used vehicle and I was hoping for a warranty as well. After a few days of car hunting online, I printed out the vehicles I was interested in purchasing. I spent the weekend driving to each of the car dealerships and was becoming frustrated from the first two places I went. When I went to look at the vehicles that I found online, somehow the sales guy was either trying to talk me into a new car or a lease or tried to sell me a car that I wasn't interested in buying. My last stop of the day was Crown Nissan. I was impressed from the moment I walked on the lot because I was immediately greeted with a hello,a smile and the guy asked how I was doing instead of the "what can I help you find today" I had been asked at the other dealerships. He introduced himself as Ted Parks and asked if I was looking for something in particular. I showed him a print out of the car I was interested in but unfortunately it had been sold. He told me he could show me similar cars and would offer me a good deal. I found an Altima, which I had been wanting, with low miles and it still had a warranty. I was thrilled and relieved to be able to get my trade in paid off and drive off in a car I wanted without being hassled. He also told me about purchasing an extended warranty which could be worked into my monthly payments. I walked off a happy customer and I have recommended Ted to any friend in the market for a new vehicle. More
