On 10/25/21, Crown Nissan Service Advisor Mrs. Lesley Shepard greeted me with "Good morning Mr.Williams and how are you today", along with her usual warm and welcoming smile. I informed Mrs. Shepard that an engine icon on my Nissan Altima dash board will not turn off. After taking a visual inspection and before dispatching my car to the mechanic's work area, Mrs. Shepard reviewed with me my current and future maintenance services needs. I added an oil change, and inform Mrs. Shepard that I will take her advice and schedule future maintenance services. Mrs. Shepard notified my Extended Warranty Service Office and received approval to complete the work. Mrs. Shepard also informed me that, she will check for any qualifying dealership discounts that can be applied to my final bill. "WOW, ""just the thoughtfulness and consideration Service Advisor Mrs. Shepard has for her customer, are only a few of many reasons why I will return to Crown Nissan Service Department. In a nut shell, Mrs. Shepard provided Excellence in her Service Commitment to me as a customer, along with Outstanding Interpersonal Communication Skills throughout my entire service experience there. Christine Smith is awesome. She arranged for my car to be picked up from my home for an oil change and tire rotation. Stayed in contact with me through the whole process, let me know all that was done an be picked up from my home for an oil change and tire rotation.
