Crown Nissan

I was going to purchase a New Titan but with Crown but after sitting in the dealership for several hours and them telling me they I was next one to go into the finance managers office to finish signing th after sitting in the dealership for several hours and them telling me they I was next one to go into the finance managers office to finish signing the papers . They Finally came out and told me that they had to wait to monday to finalize the deal, We placed our hitch on the truck while we were wating thinking we are driving it home since we were 4 hours away from the dealer. When I got a phone call from another dealership closer telling me they had a new titan with more options and lower interest rate I did not want to wiat on the Crown dealership . So I bought the other truck , I asked if they could please send me hitch back to us , they agreed and to this day < i mailed the keys to them and they have yet to honor their word in sending the hitch back . They continue to lie to us concerning that and the general manager do not honor or follow up to make sure the hitch was mailed . When i asked for the tracking number they said they did not have one . This is the worst Dealership I have ever been to and I have been buying vehicles for 40yrs for my business . Buyer beware Consumer alert ! More

Being new to St Pete as my winter home, and needing major service on my Titan XD, I was impressed with the professionalism of Joe Andolina and the service team. While waiting for the service to be completed, service on my Titan XD, I was impressed with the professionalism of Joe Andolina and the service team. While waiting for the service to be completed, I became interested in a new Frontier and with equally professional help from Patrick Yoder and Paul Salonick, I came home with a new Frontier to keep in St Pete, while driving my Titan back north for Summer. The teamwork from all staff at Crown was pleasant, productive and professional. More
