Cathy Voogd did an excellent job at finding the right car at a fair price. We we finished the sale in under 2 hours. She shown me all the features of the vehicle and how to hook my phone to the bluetooth and at a fair price. We we finished the sale in under 2 hours. The actual close of the deal was signed electronically once & Paul Salonick was able to print out my signed copy. Absolutley amazing process from 5 years ago when everything was signed in triplicate up north., taking over 3 hrs We will definitely be back for our next Nissan. They blow their neighboring Nissan competition out of the water on service. More

I leased a car from Crown Nissan. Toward the end of the I leased a car from Crown Nissan. Toward the end of the lease last December I paid off the lease and purchase the car. It is now three and a half mo I leased a car from Crown Nissan. Toward the end of the lease last December I paid off the lease and purchase the car. It is now three and a half months later and after several contacts with Crown Nissan I still do not have my title registration or tags. I have contacted Nissan corporate and they said they released the title last December to Crown Nissan and that there is no reason that I should not have it. This dealer used to be great, but ever since Terry Hawkins left the dealership has gone completely downhill. It looks like I'm going to have to contact an attorney just to get the title and tags for a car that I paid for in full three and a half months ago. Each department at Crown Nissan blames the other department. They keep promising that they'll get the paperwork out but nothing happens. It's absolutely unbelievable. More
