Rob Zoffer went over and above to help me with my Truck starting issue. Arranged a rental-kept me informed and made sure the problem (starter) was taken care of. There must be a lot of trust between a car dealership and a customer. I went to Crown Nissan to buy my truck (new) and over the last nine years continue to go to Crown Nissan for maintenance because of Rob. I trusted Crown to give me a fair deal and price when I bought the truck and I trust Rob to make sure the work being done is necessary and done correctly. Not to many of us non mechanics and technicians can work on our vehicles so we depend on the dealership to be honest and up front with repairs. That's how i feel about Rob. Caring, honest and professional doing his best every day to help his customers. More

We were not sure which crossover to purchase between Toyota, Honda or Nissan. We have owned Toyotas since 1987. John Waterhouse is an exceptional service manager. He is intuitive, thorough, patient and is courteous. They don't get any better than Jon. He employed an exceptional repair/diagnostic man to find the cause and functional cure for a headliner rattle that on 3 previous visits the annoying rattles were not cured. Edwardo was the very excellent man who diagosed the problem and two other areas that needed attention and repair in our Murano. Together, these two men are the best.
