"Very disappointed with service at this dealership...."

Very disappointed with service at this dealership. Everything was very slow, had to pay $99.95 for a diagnostic. The vehicle inspection recommended multiple repairs and even price for new tires. I didn't want estimates on everything they could find. I have nevet had a dealership service department come up with such a long list. The service advisor was not friendly at all, and did not return a phone call. I will not return to this dealership for service.

I recommend crown Nissan of Greensboro to everyone, they have the best sell consultant I have ever met, her name is Deija Pinchback, she’s such a beautiful person inside and out she will make sure you get a good car, the manager is awesome as well he’s the best his name is shomari, I had never been to a dealership, that when u walked in, u see good spirit people, after u get a car, Deija and shomari check on u and your car.

"created more problem for my car"

i took my car there July 3nd for a transmission problem, which the insurance covered the cost over 4k. then 2 days later the engine sign came on and more, i took the car back. this time the guy ( Derrick R) didn't seems to care anymore, extremely poor customer services, he came me additional stuff that needed fix. that had nothing to do with the situation they got me in. i wouldn't recommend no one to visit them unless you have many to waste. for someone that purchased 2 car in one year that is the thanks i got from the maintenance.

"excellent staff at your service desk"

. They wash your car after the work is done, (how many places do that) none that I have ever been to), and the young men at the service desk are so polite and helpful , there service is exemplary. David Wiebe is an asset to this company, that is for sure I just can't say enough good things about this department. My family has dealt with other dealerships over the years and never received the kind of service there , that I receive here, so I do have 2 other dealerships to compare to, and not to go back to.

"Worst Customer Service Experience Ever!!!"

One star is too many. Before this incident I had been a repeat customer at this establishment. This dealership lost my keys and paper work. Yes that's right. Lost my whole key ring along with all of my personal information attached. Just my luck the one day I decided not to remove my car key before the service. I am distraught. Not only has the personal safety of my family been placed at risk. It has been an unimaginable, unnerving, inconvenience. I finally get my car back after 4 days . Then a week later I find that only one of three services were actually done. Completely unacceptable.

I've been getting fantastic service from Sean Delgado since I first pulled into Crown Nissan when I moved from Virginia to Greensboro almost 6 years ago! I had recurring trouble with low pressure in one tire. Sean got to the root of the problem. I've been with him since then. He's knowledgeable and personable. Sean really cares about his customers. He goes the extra mile to explain things. Sean is very patient and laid back. I've observed him interacting with other customers and he's consistent. I highly recommend Sean and the Crown Nissan service team.

"Will spend the money at a dealership because of the staff"

I am not a fan of paying premium prices for mechanical work; however, I have found a great service representative in Sean Delgado. He takes the time to explain the issue with my vehicle (with which I have had a few issues), and patiently answers my questions. Additionally, this last time, my car had trouble starting. The mechanical staff did not find any obvious issues with it. Rather than charging me for an unnecessary repair, he let me know that the car was not presenting any obvious problems. And he didn't charge me for the service. This is virtually unheard of at dealerships. Sean is the reason why I continue to use Crown Nissan's services.

"Will not go back..They will lie..."

Too my Nissan Murano for a Oil Change that turned out good. They did the 5 Point Check an check the cooling. Got home the Reservoir Cap was missing .Called back on the next business day after 15 minutes on hold an passed around. They finally said the cap was never on there..The cap was only 8$ ..I purchased one myself an replaced it.

"Terrible Customer Serice - Lying Advisors"

I called in to schedule an appointment to get my car serviced, and prior to hanging up I confirmed the time and date of the appointment. When I arrived at the scheduled time, there was no appointment in the system for me. The service advisor didn't mention this initially, he just began entering my information into the system (the same information I gave to the person on the telephone). I asked why I had to give the exact information twice and the advisor told me that there in fact was no appointment in the system for me. He failed to mention this when I walked up and said "Hi, I have a 2:00 appointment today". Agitated, I was asking how there wasn't an appointment in the system for me, and the service advisor informed me that "they do not operate off of appointments" and that there is "no guarantee that your car will be seen at the scheduled time" which infuriated me even more -- if that's the case then why even schedule appointments?! The manager and service advisor tried to insure that my car would be returned to me within an hour, but I was already disgusted with the service I had received. I refused to let them service my car, and drove to a different dealership immediately after (about 20-30 minutes away). That particular dealership was able to get me in and my car was done 30-40 minutes and I received MUCH better customer service -- the service advisors were much friendlier than the ones at Crown. As long as I live in Greensboro and own a Nissan, I REFUSE to let Crown Nissan service my car.
