Bkimsey, Thank you for your review and we apologize if you feel that your experience wasn’t acceptable. However, both Danny and Meghan simply gave you that facts that the vehicle you wanted to drive was still in pre-delivery inspection and wasn’t available for customer test drives. Regarding being asked for a deposit, given the current inventory situation, we have asked all of our sales consultants to request a deposit to hold a vehicle as we are consistently having multiple customers interested in incoming vehicles. The issues wasn't the information. The issues is that every staff member I encountered including yourself was extremely rude. Meghan was the worst. She told me she didn't want my deposit because obviously I wasn't serious enough about the purchase and she didn't want me to stop others from buying the vehicle. If that isnt rude, I don't know what is. Also, Danny NEVER told us that when the vehicle came in Saturday we wouldn't be able to drive it. He did not give us that information until Saturday morning. Your team is a joke and they need serious training. Also, you cannlet Meghan know I was VERY serious about purching a vehicle. I just didn't purchase one from you. And I am doing everything in my power to make sure people know what a horrible dealership this is. BBB is next.

Bkimsey, I am disappointed with your response, but acknowledge your input and will share your comments with Meghan and Danny. Considering we have consistently followed this process since availability became an issue last year, we have had very few complaints. We have seen some frustration from our loyal customers, and our team that we cannot always obtain a vehicle to satisfy our customer’s needs fast enough, like most other dealers in the US. Otherwise, I explained the situation in my first response and stand by my comments. Again thank you for your feedback, and again I will share this with our team. Also, our team works hard to satisfy our customer’s needs before and after the sale and according to reviews, satisfaction surveys and thankfully a lot of referrals they are doing a great job, and I am very thankful.
