Brought vehicle in for its second oil change/tire rotation and a minor recall repair. Check in was simple and returned about 3 hours later to pick up my vehicle. These folks don't follow appointments etiquette. Took car for routine service and Jeep Wrangler Hybrid recall. Got request for review without a call from Dealership stating that car was ready for pickup. Called and spoke to Service Staff and asked by recall. Got request for review without a call from Dealership stating that car was ready for pickup. Called and spoke to Service Staff and asked by car was charged when Recall Notice stated “DO NOT CHARGE”. She stated that Service Techs speak to Stellantis after every repair to get authorization for work done. I asked for details and she stated that Service Manager would call me back. No Service Manager call back received. Now following up with Dealership tommorow. Recall not completed, but this isn’t Dealerships fault. Dealership defect is very poor communication and no answers as to why fire risk was increased by fully charging car. More
