I called for an appointment on Friday, my day off, she said they might not get to it, it might have to stay over the weekend, I asked what was a good day, she said Monday was, I asked her if they wouldn't said they might not get to it, it might have to stay over the weekend, I asked what was a good day, she said Monday was, I asked her if they wouldn't be working on the cars they didn't finish on Friday, she said well, maybe I would not get my car back till Tuesday..We only have one car, she said well, you might have to rent a car...I called their other shop in Indio, they told me service department there would not be able to access records on my Jeep from Cat City...I have owned two jeeps, have loved them both, time to buy a new one, This service dept was never like this, they have six service writer kiosks all maintained, maybe they new less service writers so they can pay the mechanics more..I asked if I took my Jeep to an outside station would my Mopar warranty be voided, she told me to call MOPAR...They also need to send their service writers to customer appreciation school \ More

I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their servic about a year and a half ago, and the service was terrible. I needed service to my Jeep, so I took it in last week, and I got to tell you their service now is impeccable. I found out that they revamped the management around that time, a year and a half ago or so. Honestly, what a blessing, to experience 100% customer service. It's a nice feeling to have a dealership that goes out of their way for the customer, and excellent customer service. If you didn't have a good experience with them in the past, give them another chance, I don't think it'll be disappointing. Alex took good care of me, and my Jeep. About three months ago, our 2019 Jeep Cherokee refused to start or come on at all. AAA tried but could not get it going. So it was towed to our local mechanic, who worked on it for 10 days, without success. start or come on at all. AAA tried but could not get it going. So it was towed to our local mechanic, who worked on it for 10 days, without success. They suggested taking it to our local Jeep dealer, Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. They had it for 8 weeks before they finally got it running. We brought it home; 8 days later it stopped again. Crystal had it for 6 weeks this time. They finally figured out the problem was a bad installation that had been done by a local car audio store, when they installed a cd changer under the passenger seat. The installer had screwed the unit through the carper, where it hit the electrical harness, causing shorts. While I will deal with the audio dealer, I have nothing but praise for all the time and effort Crystal showed in dealing with this problem. AND, and this is a big deal, they did not charge us one red cent for all the work they had put in, trying to solve the problem. I could not believe it. I don’t know that I’ve ever encountered such generosity. In my book Crystal Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is the best outfit bar none. For anyone reading this, don’t hesitate to take your car here for service. They are the best there is! More

I went in this past Sunday looking for a used hyundai genesis. zThey had one for $18,578. With tax license and fees the total was $20,266. I told Manny, our sales associate. that all my nephew could afford was $19,500, including tax , license, registration and fees. He sais he thought they could do it. His manager was yelling at him to get the sale done but mt nephew wasn't available. Because he said they could meet my price, I had my nephew come go in today. Manny was not there and the new associate said the best they could do was over $21,000, even though my nephew told him what Manny represented. They had all kinds of markups and fees to jack the price up. What a rip off!!! Don't go near the place-they don't have ant integrity. I felt bad because I had my nephew go down for naught. More

I accepted an offer to sell my vehicle to this dealership but had to wait on a new title from the California DMV which they said could take up to a month to receive in the mail. I called and spoke with Jesus to confirm they would still honor the price we agreed on even with this delay on the title. He said yes, however when I received the title, Jesus was not in and they would not honor the price. I negotiated but the best I was able to do was still $1300 below the original agreed upon price. Lesson learned, get it in writing or be ready to walk! More
