Overall I was pleased. Amy was very helpful. The only negative I have is that my reason for going in was to have a damaged tire replaced. This was done. I didn't ask, but just assumed that the other tire negative I have is that my reason for going in was to have a damaged tire replaced. This was done. I had to go to 3 gas stations to find an air pump to put air in the tires. Why was this not done at Culver City Mazda? I was really a little annoyed about this. Isn't checking tire pressure standard procedure when tire work is being done? More

Went in for usual service. Made appointment through the phone and was able to get a slot before Thanksgiving, which was great. the process was fas and the service professional but friendly.
