When I drove up for service, he approached with his mask hanging down put his head into my window to see my mileage. I drive a small Mazda. He wrote up my paperwork with his mask partially pulled down, Again, at pick up time, I had to refuse to sign documents until he pulled up his mask over his face. I don’t want anyone to lose their job, but social distancing is serious business, especially since I am at high risk. I never would have serviced my car there, had I knew of the laxed conduct. More

Above and Beyond I went in for a typical flat tire repair and mentioned I also had been hearing a rattle in the front. Amy at the front end was super helpful and cheer I went in for a typical flat tire repair and mentioned I also had been hearing a rattle in the front. Amy at the front end was super helpful and cheerful. Not only did they repair my tire (less than $40!) but found the problem with the rattle and fixed it for me at NO CHARGE!! Hugely helpful staff, so thankful to have bought a Mazda and to take it to the Culver location for service. I will ONLY be going there for service in the future. Total peace of mind going there. He keeps me posted on my cars progress I love bringing my car to Culver City Mazda! Almost every time I get George as my associate and he is great. He keeps me posted on my cars progress throughout my service, and even when I ask him for little favors like filling out an extra form for me, he happily obliges. My most recent visit was great: due to Covid, they were wearing masks, covered my driver's seat and steering wheel with plastic immediately upon my arrival, and even though they adjusted their hours (closing at 4pm), they were nice enough to hang out until I could get there after I finished work at 4pm. Great team, thank you! More
