Everything was great. My one concern is that the antenna on the trunk of my car came back damaged. Miguel was amazing. The dealership has really gotten their xxxx together with regard to timing. I was in and out in 2 hours which was fantastic. Previously, it took ALL DAY, even for an oil change. My only complaint is: I had to buy and install a new battery on my 2021 car! I understand that, during Covid, some cars sat at the docks for months, impacting the batteries. If so, I was sold a car with a defective battery. That is a MAZDA problem. It should not be a LISA problem. At the minimum, Mazda should have done the installation for free. More
